Trusted By Leading Organizations
Delivering leadership development across finance, construction, biotech, engineering, and more
Without feeling burnt out.
You sometimes wonder if peers or senior leaders are quietly questioning whether you're really leadership material. Imposter syndrome shows up in subtle ways: second-guessing yourself, avoiding decisions, or defaulting to people-pleasing instead of trusting your judgment.
You take pride in being great at what you do, but unclear or constantly shifting priorities drain you the most. When everything feels urgent, it's hard to know where to focus, and the mental load never truly switches off.
You want to create environments where people feel connected, supported, and motivated. But resistance feels especially hard to deal with right now; pushback, lack of buy-in, or quiet disengagement can sap your confidence and make tough conversations feel heavier than they should.
Making decisions is where you feel least supported. When the stakes are high and guidance is unclear, the responsibility can feel isolating, as though the final call rests on you alone.
You genuinely want to support those around you, yet you end up carrying too much yourself. You step in, fix things, and absorb the pressure - often at the cost of others fully owning their part and your own energy over time.
Organisational change adds another layer of difficulty. You're expected to lead others forward without full clarity yourself, projecting calm and confidence while still trying to make sense of what's coming.
You're not alone.
Many capable leaders feel this way, but it doesn't have to stay that way.
I've been where you are.
Bronwyn Leigh Crawford
Leadership Coach & Consultant
My first boss, when I entered the working world full-time, was demoralising. The environment was so unhealthy that I eventually became seriously ill and left the industry altogether. At the time, I thought I was the problem.
Fast forward a few years and a few different roles, and everything changed. I worked for a leader who had a profound impact on me. He was firm and fair. He had my back. He challenged me and encouraged me to grow. Watching him lead, I realised something clearly for the first time: this is the kind of leader I want to be.
Early in my own leadership career, I was technically capable and driven, but often overwhelmed. I second-guessed myself, carried too much, and struggled to balance people, performance, and pressure. I kept thinking back to those two very different bosses and the impact they had on me. That's when it clicked: I needed to change. I needed to learn how to lead people, not just manage work.
That realisation shaped my people-first leadership philosophy: building healthy, high-performing teams grounded in trust, clarity, and accountability. I learned a lot. I failed plenty. And I grew.
I went on to lead teams across diverse environments, from theatre companies and restaurants to law firms and my own event management business. Different industries, same truth:
People are always at the centre of results.
Since then, I've trained over 9,000 leaders globally, working across industries including IT, engineering, biotech, finance, government, and NGOs. I've partnered with organisations such as Saudi Aramco, Toyota, EDF Trading, the National Physical Laboratory (UK), and the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia.
In my 30s, I formalised this experience by completing a BA in Applied Psychology (Industrial Psychology) and becoming a Certified Leadership & Performance Coach.

IMPACT Leadership is for leaders who are ready to take responsibility for themselves, their growth, and the people they lead.
Six core modules designed to transform how you lead, communicate, and create impact
Clarify who you are as a leader and how you want to show up - especially under pressure. Build self-awareness around values, strengths, thinking patterns, and imposter syndrome so decision-making becomes clearer, faster, and more confident.
Learn how to build trust and influence without relying on authority or over-functioning. Strengthen your ability to lead peers, manage up, set clear expectations, and align others when priorities feel unclear.
Master feedback, performance discussions, and conflict - especially when there is resistance, disengagement, or pushback. Use clear frameworks to navigate difficult conversations without avoidance or emotional drain.
Shift from fixing and carrying everything yourself to coaching others to take ownership. Build accountability, capability, and performance while reducing dependency and micromanagement.
Develop the emotional awareness and regulation skills needed to lead calmly through uncertainty and change. Learn how to hold confidence, read the room, and support others when clarity is incomplete.
Create structure, focus, and momentum in your work weeks. Learn how to prioritise what matters most, manage competing demands, and lead with sustained energy.
You'll lead with greater confidence, not because you have all the answers, but because you know who you are, what you stand for, and how to lead in a way that feels authentic. You'll trust your strengths, learn from missteps, and be comfortable showing up as a real human.
You'll become more resilient. Pressure won't disappear, but you'll handle it differently—staying calm, steady, and clear-headed when things feel uncertain or intense. Others will feel that steadiness and rely on it.
You'll be more influential in the way that matters. You'll build genuine trust, earn buy-in, and move people forward without pushing or forcing. Conversations feel easier. Decisions land better.
You'll lead with courage, addressing issues early, having the conversations you used to avoid, and supporting your people even when it feels uncomfortable or messy. At the same time, you'll empower your team to take ownership of their work, build accountability, and perform consistently without needing you to carry everything.
And you'll be more focused and effective. Your weeks will feel intentional rather than reactive. You'll know what matters most, protect your energy, and lead in a sustainable way, for you and for your team.
When leaders change, everything around them shifts.
Teams feel more engaged and connected to purpose and direction
Trust, psychological safety, and respect become the norm, not the exception
Communication improves and difficult issues get addressed earlier
Productivity increases because priorities are clear and energy is focused
People feel supported, leading to lower burnout and stronger retention
Collaboration, learning, and innovation grow naturally
